Our Process

At ACW Designers we are dedicated to informing our clients early on about each step of the remodel process. We ensure a smooth process from the design decision to the final installation. Very often, our clients are in the process of building a house, have just recently bought one, or simply would like to give their existing living space a new look and feel.

When planning a redesign in the Philadelphia Tri-State area, our experienced designers are here to help and accompany you throughout the design process.

1. CONSULTATION

Our design process at ACW Designers starts with a personal appointment at our beautiful showroom in Feasterville PA or an in-house visit by our designer.

We encourage you to come to the initial consultation with your aesthetic ideas, possible dimensions, and your floor plan. Our expert designers will have an open dialogue with you to discuss all design options and address your questions and or concerns.

2. DESIGN PROPOSAL

Following the initial design consultation our designers will create a custom design proposal for you, based on your specific design. This proposal includes material price ranges as well as the delivery and installation cost. 

If you are working with a contractor we will supply our proposal with material and delivery cost to make your process with your contractor a lot smoother.

3. DESIGN

With the official design process in progress, one of our ACW Designers will visit your home to take dimensions and measurements. Using those measurements, we will provide a set of professional shop drawings (floor plans and elevations. Upon request, we may also create 3D renderings. These renderings will serve your architect, builder, contractor or you, the home owner a visual of the layout and scope of work that is needed to to bring your vision to life.

4. PRODUCTION 

Once the design is finalized, signatures are required from both you and the ACW Designer. This then initiates product order, the production of our luxury materials typically takes between two and fourteen weeks.

5. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

At ACW Designers we will give you an estimated delivery date for your materials. 

The installation process will be discussed after the design is completed and materials are ordered. Then we will discuss a time frame that is best for you to put your project on the schedule.
